Professional Training for Schools, Communities and Early Years Settings
Our training courses focus on developing participants’ skills and confidence for leading cooking activities within schools, communities or early years settings.
We offer half day, full day and twillight/after-school training sessions. During the training, we will:
• Prepare a range of healthy dishes that are suitable for the age group you work with
• Discuss how cooking can support the whole curriculum (particularly literacy and numeracy)
• Demonstrate how health and well-being messages can be reinforced by cooking
